- All prices mentioned are inclusive of all taxes except octroi.
- Any octroi charged in any state will be paid by buyer and paid directly to the courier company.
- Any Forms required for Delivery in any State ( Kerala / West Bengal / UP etc.) is responsibilty of buyer.
RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
- To avail the manufacturer warranty the buyer needs to contact the respective service center of the company. In case it is inconvenient for the buyer to locate the service center, item can always be returned back to us with original invoice/ packing and all accessories to avail the warranty from the manufacturer.
- If due to any reason the buyer needs to return Item , it can be returned back to us in 7 days after receiving in original packing . Buyer is responsible for all-return postage and shipping charges ( Please do not complain or negotiate on this) .
- Full refund including shipping charges will be given if the item is not despatched by us in 7 days. Refund will be given directly in your original mode of payment.
- Buyer wouldn’t be liable for a refund if the item that is returned shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories. The item will be returned back to the buyer.
- Refund for items are only given if we are unable to provide the buyer the new replacement. Refund will not be given if buyer does not like the item / or for any other reason.
- If its mutually agreed to issue refund due to any reason, buyer will return item(s) at his expenses for full refund , refund will be given in original mode of payment for the original amount paid by buyer after the returned item(s) is checked by us.
- If due to any reason ( such as item sudenly out of stock) or item can't be arranged or any unforseen reason the despatch of item is not done , Buyer will get full refund of the amount paid in the original mode of payment. This process of refund takes 7-10 working days. No other compensation will be given to buyer.
- If item shipped and is not delivered to buyer and we are unable to provide the courier receipt showing the item delivered, buyer will get full refund in original mode of payment.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

- Prepaid or COD orders can be cancelled only if order is not shipped, Buyer needs to call our customer care by telephone to check if the order is shipped. Once order is shipped it can't be cancelled. Buyer will receive complete refund in original mode of payment in 4-5 working days once order cancellation is done.
It takes between 5-7 working days for us to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site. Once your parcel has been dispatched , our logistics team will send an email automatically to you.
How to track my Order:
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our customer care (011- 41025065, 011 – 41715907) numbers so we can follow up on your order or by logging to our courier partner's website.
- All items are dispatched through reputed couriers, Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by DTDC or FEDEX courier, Orders placed which can't be serviced by above courier will be refunded. Sometimes ( smaller items ) orders can be dispatched through Indian post / Speed post
Handling and Packing:
- Every care is taken for packing so that the item reaches the buyer safely and undamaged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in a non tempered condition.
- Don’t accept the packet if it is not sealed , for any doubts open packet in front of courier personnel and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged.
- Please don’t complain about the damaged item received once accepted from courier.
