To avail the manufacturer warranty the buyer needs to contact the respective service center of the company. In case it is inconvenient for the buyer to locate the service center,  item can always be returned back to us with original invoice/ packing and all accessories to avail the warranty from the manufacturer.

Your use of any information or materials on website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through website meet your specific requirements. website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us.   • All prices mentioned are inclusive of all taxes except octroi.
  • Any octroi charged in any state will be paid by buyer and paid directly to the courier company.
  • Any Forms required for Delivery in any State ( Kerala / West Bengal / UP etc.) is responsibilty of buyer.

Shipping Policy

It takes between 5-7 working days for us to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site. Once your parcel has been dispatched , our logistics team will send an email automatically to you.

How to track my Order:

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us at [email protected] or call us at our customer care (011- 41025065, 011 – 41715907) numbers so we can follow up on your order or by logging to our courier partner’s website.

Shipment partners:

  • All items are dispatched through reputed couriers, Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by DTDC or FEDEX courier, Orders placed which can’t be serviced by above courier will be refunded. Sometimes ( smaller items ) orders can be dispatched through Indian post / Speed post

Handling and Packing:

  • Every care is taken for packing so that the item reaches the buyer safely and undamaged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in a non tempered condition.
  • Don’t accept the packet if it is not sealed , for any doubts open packet in front of courier personnel and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged.
  • Please don’t complain about the damaged item received once accepted from courier.

General Returns Policy

Most items purchased from are returnable within the 7-days of delivery, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

Return will be processed only if:

1.      it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

2.      the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

3.      the product is returned back to us in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

We will require proof in terms of a photo or a video to justify that the applied return follows the return policy of

P.S. – The team of retains the right to accept or refuse the return request and will choose the adapted solution. (Exchange / Partial Refund / Full Refund)

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

When will I receive my Refund?

Refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days of when the package is delivered back to us at Warehouse in Delhi. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

PS – Refunds will be issued as per the condition of the returned product. Given that the product is returned back to us with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein

Product purchased on will be eligible for returns if:

· Dead on Arrival (DOA)*

· Defective*

· Wrong product received

· Used Product/Broken Seal

*Brand’s policy will prevail over the general returns policy

If you’ve shopped on, here are the reasons for which products are not eligible for returns

· Products you deem no longer in need or change of mind

· Products that have already been used or installed

· Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers / IMEIs

· Personalised/engraved items, as mandated by the seller

· Return will not be accepted for subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade difference etc.

· Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns
